Refund Policy. Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging and your receipt or packing slip.

If you paid with cash, debit card or check, we will refund your purchase with cash if it was an in–store purchase. If your purchase exceeded $500 pretax, and you paid with cash, debit card or check, your money will be refunded in the form of a corporate check. If you paid by credit card, we will credit the account used for payment.

Any product purchased in a Camelot Cleaners retail store location that is returned without a promotional item(s), which was included in the original transaction (e.g., buy stain remover, get free tote), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded.

If you don’t have your receipt, your return is eligible only for an in–store credit for the current selling price and requires valid government identification. We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns made with or without a receipt may be refused. McStedy Inc. reserves the right to deny any return.

If you paid by check: Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a service charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with service charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.
